Revby is a Boston-based consultancy for small businesses. Aiming to level up their customer experience, they've decided to create a bridge between their brilliant consulting team and their customers in the form of a business application.
With a powerful research team onboard, we've spent 6 months in the pre-development stage validating hypotheses, identifying user journeys, conducting usability testing, and more. At the beginning of development, we knew exactly why we had every minor detail within the scope and how it would impact user experience.

Based on the research results, we identified that the audience using the application gets confused easily. Therefore, we've tried our best to avoid content noise, seamlessly onboard the user to the app, and teach them along the way.
In the screenshots above, you can see part of the onboarding flow.
Keeping in mind that we need to avoid content overload, add a human touch within the app, and provide the ability to easily share resources with customers and collaborate via voice whenever they decide, we've identified the following interface that you can see in the screenshots below. The chat includes an automated friendly intro message, and the client can see the team that is working with them. Resources can be shared via the Bookmarks feature, and there is an integration with HubSpot Calendar to book a meeting.
We've implemented seamless project creation and briefing. During the mid-project phase, the customer clearly sees the progress via project updates and phases and always keeps track of the completion of the initially identified project goals.
